Smart Energy in Australia is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Operations team. The role focuses on scheduling appointments, verifying sales, and arranging installation bookings, acting as a critical quality-control and coordination link between Sales, Customers, and Installation teams.

Based onsite at our Waterloo office, the position runs 12PM-8PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate brings customer service or administration experience, is highly organized, and can

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, administration, or hospitality.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment cancellations, reschedules, and queries from Sales Managers, Specialists, and Lead Generators.
• Ensure sales quality control via a live sale verification process prior to booking installations.
• Assist with preparation for installation delivery by obtaining site information.
• Liaise with the Salesforce IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
