Job summary

Westside Energy is seeking a delivery control lead in Adelaide to own end-to-end delivery for solar and storage projects. You will translate sales into executable delivery, manage subcontractor performance, and enforce system and data integrity across Zoho, Pylon, ServiceM8 and Xero.

You will lead the delivery function to keep work on time, on budget, and to a consistent standard while controlling costs, margins and risk. A company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone are provided.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in operations, delivery, or project execution in a trade-based environment (solar, electrical, HVAC or similar)
• Proven experience managing subcontractor-based delivery models
• Current driver’s license
• Strong scheduling, logistics, and field operations control
• Commercially minded with cost, margin and performance awareness
• Confident enforcing standards across sales, installers and systems
• High attention to detail with low tolerance for incomplete information
• Experience with CRM/job management systems (Zoho, ServiceM8 or similar) preferred

Job description

This is a delivery control role responsible for owning end-to-end delivery across all sold projects in solar and battery storage installations. You will ensure accurate scoping, disciplined scheduling, compliant installation coordination, and successful project completion. This role translates sales into executable delivery, manages subcontractor performance, enforces system and data integrity across Zoho, Pylon, ServiceM8 and Xero, and controls operational risk, cost and margin. You will lead the delivery function to ensure all work is completed on time, on budget, and to a consistent standard, eliminating rework, reducing variation, and improving customer outcomes. A fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone are provided.
