Job summary

Smart Energy is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our national sales operations moving. You will coordinate appointments, support Sales and Installation teams, and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth progress from booking to installation.

The role blends customer service, administration, scheduling, and quality control in a fast-paced environment across Australia. On-site role in Waterloo, with early/late shift options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality or a coordination role.
• Strong organisation, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Comfort using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and timelines across Sales, Customer Service and Installation teams.
• Speak with customers to resolve concerns and reschedule appointments.
• Oversee sales campaigns across multiple offices nationwide.
• Allocate appointments to Solar Specialists and Managers.
• Complete live sale verification and quality-control checks.
• Book installations and gather site information.
• Maintain daily communication with sales teams across Australia.
