Job summary

Informa, based at 24 York Street, Sydney, seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the exhibitor and commercial journey for the Australian International Boat Show. You will manage sales administration, onboarding, contracts, invoicing coordination and post-event follow-up.

You will ensure accurate data, disciplined processes and excellent customer experience while learning the show's pricing, relationships and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service or events.
• Ability to manage high volumes of information accurately.
• Ability to work with pricing rules, approvals and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Business with sales administration, exhibitor onboarding, commercial reporting and account coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in approved systems including Salesforce.
• Prepare approved proposals, booking documents, order forms, confirmations and reports.
• Track agreements from issue to signature and ensure complete approvals and handovers.
• Coordinate with finance on invoicing information and payment status.
• Maintain product, inventory, pricing and availability information and communicate approved terms.
• Support allocation of exhibition space with business and operations leaders.
• Monitor pipelines, deadlines and account actions; flag risks early.
• Coordinate handovers of exhibitor requirements to delivery teams.
