Job summary

Informa Group Plc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator based at our 24 York Street office in Sydney.

You will support the exhibitor journey for the Australian International Boat Show, handling onboarding, proposals, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up to ensure data integrity and strong customer experience. The role requires meticulous administration, capability with CRM systems and pricing rules, and close collaboration with finance, operations and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with high-volume data accuracy.
• Strong administrative discipline, organization and follow-through.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how exhibitions create value.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Confidence with CRM systems, spreadsheets, reporting and document workflows.
• Ability to interpret agreements, pricing rules and approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Business with sales administration, exhibitor onboarding, commercial reporting and account coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in approved systems, including Salesforce where applicable.
• Prepare approved proposals, booking documents, order forms, confirmations and customer correspondence.
• Track agreements from issue to signature and ensure approvals and handovers are complete.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payment status and changes while maintaining controls.
• Maintain product and pricing information and ensure communicated terms are approved.
• Assist with allocation of exhibition space alongside business and operations leaders.
• Monitor sales pipelines, deadlines and account actions; flag risks early.
