Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain sales processes, systems and workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Analyse sales data, metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage CRM systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and optimal utilisation across the sales team.
• Coordinate sales planning, forecasting and reporting to support revenue projections and strategic decisions.
