Complete RE Pty Limited is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rockhampton, QLD. This is a position can be full time to the right person, or casual that plays a crucial operational and strategic role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales function. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising sales processes, systems and workflows to enable our sales team to perform at their best and achieve company objectives. This role reports directly to Principal and is integral to the success of our sales organisation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain sales processes, systems and workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency
• Analyse sales data, metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to management
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and associated tools, ensuring data integrity and optimal utilisation across the sales team
• Coordinate sales planning, forecasting and reporting activities to support accurate revenue projections and strategic decision-making
• Vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, conveyancing firms and other departments to align sales operations with broader business objectives
