Job summary

Fletcher Riley Estate Agents on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Sales Support to join our growing team. You will work closely with our sales staff to keep listings, campaigns and daily operations running smoothly, with opportunities to move into a Sales position.

No two days are alike as you proactively support our expanding sales team, handle documentation, marketing tasks, CRM upkeep and client enquiries while developing your skills within a professional, friendly boutique agency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining sales and listing documentation.
• Facilitating all aspects of property marketing.
• Maintaining accurate CRM and database records.
• Assisting with open home preparation and administration.
• Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Processing general sales enquiries throughout the campaign.
• Lead generation and prospecting to proactively identify new opportunities.
• Providing hand-on support to the Directors and sales team.

An exciting opportunity to join a growing team in one of the Sunshine Coast’s reputable boutique real estate agencies.

Fletcher Riley Estate Agents is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, motivated and personable Sales Support to join our team with the opportunity for further career growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys, teamwork, takes pride in their results and wants to be part of a professional, supportive and growing real estate business.

You’ll be fulfilling an integral role within our Fletcher Riley team, working closely with our sales staff, providing the support that keeps our listings, campaigns and day-to-day operations running smoothly, taking you into a Sales position.

THE ROLE

No two days are alike, proactively supporting our expanding sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining sales and listing documentation
• Facilitating all aspects of property marketing
• Maintaining accurate CRM and database records
• Assisting with open home preparation and administration
• Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member
• Processing general sales enquiries throughout the campaign
• Lead generation and prospecting to proactively identify new opportunities
• Providing hand-on support to the Directors and sales team
• There will also be opportunities to gain exposure to different areas of the business, including assisting with buyer enquiries, open homes and client follow-up.
