Qualifications

• Leads sales strategies and targets across onshore and offshore teams.
• Directs the training and development of phone-based and in-person sales channels.
• Oversees marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Manages a portfolio of direct customers and recruitment of sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of sales strategies and targets to maximise performance and retention.
• Chairs weekly sales meetings to review performance and address obstacles.
• Monitors KPIs and takes corrective action as needed.
• Organises day-to-day sales activities including lead allocation and customer service standards.
• Directs marketing campaigns, reviews advertising material, and ensures brand consistency.
• Oversees lead generation activity and maintains a pipeline of new business.
• Maintains a personal portfolio of direct B2C clients and trains sales teams.
• Leads recruitment and provides coaching across onshore and offshore teams.
• Directs CRM system usage and collaborates with marketing on campaigns.
