Job summary

Secure IQ Services is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Account Executive to own senior client relationships in a B2B demand generation role. You will drive revenue across new business, renewals and growth, reporting to the Sales Director, and work with a Campaign Management team to ensure delivery and performance against client objectives.

The position is based in Sydney or Perth with remote work primarily from home and some office attendance.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience in a B2B agency or services business.
• Demonstrated results against personal revenue targets.
• Experience winning new business, securing renewals and growing existing accounts.
• Experience selling or managing ongoing services, campaigns or retainers.
• Strong proposal development, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage pricing, scope and client expectations while protecting margins.
• Strong organisation, follow-up discipline and forecasting skills.
• Based in, or able to be based in, Sydney or Perth, with Australian work rights or eligibility for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owning senior client relationships and delivering revenue across new business, renewals and account growth.
• Running discovery meetings to understand clients’ sales pipeline and marketing objectives.
• Developing and presenting proposals for demand generation and sales development programs.
• Leading renewal conversations 60 days before contracts end.
• Building account plans and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Managing budget discussions, pricing negotiations and scope changes through to signed agreements.
• Working with Campaign Managers to resolve delivery challenges and communicate solutions.
• Keeping Salesforce opportunities, account activity and forecasts accurate.
• Supporting the Sales Director on strategic accounts and larger opportunities.
• Improving proposal templates, renewal processes and commercial consistency.
