Job summary

Recruitmark in Prestons, NSW, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales team performance and lead marketing activities that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. The role reports to the General Manager and forms part of the Leadership Team, guiding strategy and customer outcomes across key segments.

Qualifications

• : Proven sales experience, ideally in fire protection, hydraulics, plumbing or construction supply, with sales coaching experience.
• : Relevant sales, business or training qualifications, or equivalent experience.
• : Strong training, coaching and people development skills, with a focus on improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor a consistent sales process across the team.
• Identify capability gaps and deliver coaching, role-plays, and training resources.
• Track KPIs and customer experience metrics, holding team members accountable.
• Develop product promotion strategies to support revenue growth.
• Conduct joint customer visits and monitor the sales journey to improve outcomes.
• Manage sales support and administration to maximise the team’s time on high-value activities.
• Develop and maintain sales guides, videos and reference materials.
