Job summary

Secure IQ is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Account Executive to own senior client relationships and drive revenue across new business, renewals and growth. You will report to the Sales Director and shape campaigns with a consultative sales approach.

You will collaborate with Campaign Managers to address delivery challenges, manage budgets and pricing, and maintain Salesforce forecasts. This hybrid role is primarily remote with office attendance in Sydney or Perth, offering an AUD 110,000

Qualifications

• Senior experience in B2B agency sales, account management, or related commercial roles.
• Proven record of carrying and achieving an individual revenue target.
• Experience winning new business, securing renewals and growing existing accounts.
• Based in, or able to be based in, Sydney or Perth, with Australian work rights or sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and deliver revenue across new business, renewals and account growth.
• Run discovery meetings to understand clients’ sales pipeline and marketing objectives.
• Develop and present proposals for demand generation and sales development programs.
• Lead renewal conversations at least 60 days before contracts end.
• Build account plans and identify opportunities to expand services meeting client needs.
• Manage pricing, scope and negotiations through to signed agreements.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers to resolve delivery challenges and communicate solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities, account activity and forecasts.
