VanHomes Sales Pty Ltd on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function and develop new B2B opportunities during a growth phase. Reporting to the CEO, you will coach a high-performing team, shape sales strategy and own key accounts across construction, property development, and government sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading and developing sales teams of five or more employees.
• Proven success achieving revenue targets and delivering measurable sales growth.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering sales training and coaching programs.
• Strong B2B, project-based or high-value consultative sales experience.
• At least 3 years' hands-on experience managing HubSpot or Salesforce, including pipeline design, forecasting and reporting.
