Job summary

Gotion Australia is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive ESS and EV market penetration in Australia. You will craft and execute sales strategies, grow a robust customer base, and coordinate with distributors and partners to close high-value deals.

You will oversee end-to-end sales processes, monitor market dynamics, and support customer visits, workshops and presentations. Travel to China and other regions may be required to align with global teams and opportunities.

Qualifications

• ESS sales experience in new energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales from proposals to closure.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related field preferred).
• Proven ESS sales experience in new energy projects.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel to China and other countries as required.
