Job summary

Gotion Australia is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive ESS and EV market penetration in Australia. You will craft and execute sales strategies, grow a robust customer base, and coordinate with distributors and partners to close high-value deals.

You will oversee end-to-end sales processes, monitor market dynamics, and support customer visits, workshops and presentations. Travel to China and other regions may be required to align with global teams and opportunities.

Qualifications

• ESS sales experience in new energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales from proposals to closure.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Australian ESS & EV markets.
• Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Support customer visits, technical workshops, and business presentations.
• Responsible for the overall operation of Gotion Australia.
• Report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, market insights and local business operation status to Gotion HQ.
