Job summary

Penrith BMW & MINI is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales team in Western Sydney. You will drive performance across volume, profitability and customer experience, working closely with the General Sales Manager to align with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.

The role focuses on high-energy leadership, stock management, pricing, trade-ins and deal approvals, with a strong emphasis on compliance and coaching of team members to deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading automotive sales teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Current NSW Salesperson Licence and driver's licence

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you will lead the New and Used Vehicle Sales team, driving performance across volume, profitability and customer experience.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support the sales team and ensure all processes align with BMW, MINI and Sime Darby standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the Sales team to achieve targets
• Driving sales performance across new and used vehicles
• Managing stock, pricing and trade-in appraisals
• Supporting deal negotiations and approvals
• Monitoring CRM usage, leads and customer follow-up
• Ensuring compliance with brand and dealership standards
• Coaching and developing team members

To be successful, you will have:

• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Sound commercial acumen and performance focus
• Experience across new and used vehicle operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of dealership systems and processes
• Current driver's licence and NSW Salesperson Licence
