Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in technology/ICT/managed services.
• Experience selling advisory-led technology solutions (AI, ICT/technology, cybersecurity).
• Leading a team of roughly 5–20 sales professionals.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives.
• Experience growing recurring revenue, projects and managed services.
• Understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, CRM and sales performance.
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Group sales, gross profit and recurring revenue targets.
• Develop and execute the Group's sales strategy and growth plans.
• Lead, coach and develop the existing sales team.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Support and influence major and complex customer opportunities.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CFOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Drive growth across AI, ICT & technology advisory, and cybersecurity & compliance.
• Develop cross-selling opportunities across the broader portfolio.
• Improve sales processes, performance management and accountability.
• Work with Technology, Operations and Finance to ensure opportunities are viable and deliverable.
• Recruit and develop additional sales talent as the business grows.
