You will steer growth strategy, align branches, and drive performance across NSW and Sydney operations while sustaining customer and supplier relationships.

You will lead governance, risk, financial management, and data-driven reporting, delivering superior value and long-term market leadership. Interstate travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable General Management experience in industrial sales.
• Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide national leadership and strategic direction for growth.
• Drive profitable revenue growth and market development in NSW.
• Oversee Sydney warehouse performance: accuracy, throughput, safety, stock integrity.
