Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years’ sales management experience.
• Experience leading a sizeable, geographically dispersed sales team.
• A demonstrated record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Strong commercial, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Experience managing senior customer relationships.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and performance-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed sales team
• Develop and execute regional sales plans
• Drive revenue growth and margin performance
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Manage budgets, forecasts, pipelines and performance reporting
• Oversee key customer relationships and commercial opportunities
• Support tenders and customer presentations
