Penfold Motor Group in Burwood, Melbourne, is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional to join the MG/Isuzu Ute/Suzuki team. You will guide customers through the full purchase journey and build lasting relationships with a strong focus on service and product knowledge.

You will work in a supportive, target-driven environment with ongoing training and clear pathways into senior sales or management as you grow your career in Victoria's competitive automotive market.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or a comparable sales environment.
• Current VIC driver’s licence required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a prospect database to keep the pipeline full.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with team support.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding customers through the full purchase journey, from initial enquiry to handover, so every interaction feels considered and professional
• Building and maintaining a prospect database that keeps your pipeline full and your results consistent
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, with the support of a team that wants to see you succeed
• Following up on leads promptly, giving customers the responsiveness they appreciate and that sets you apart
• Working with the Finance and Insurance team to present tailored ownership solutions that add genuine value for buyers
• Keeping across the latest model updates and features so you can advise with confidence

About You:

You bring a natural ability to listen, build trust quickly, and match the right vehicle to the right person.

• Previous experience in automotive or a comparable sales environment has given you a solid foundation to build on
• A current VIC driver's licence is essential for this role
