Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding for the APAC region, delivering live onboarding sessions, AI-driven programs, and buddy initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore in a remote-first environment.

You will partner with Sales leadership to ensure the onboarding experience is engaging, scalable, and effective for new hires, while maintaining a strong focus on coaching and continuous improvement within a fast-growing fintech context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or similar in fast-paced B2B/tech
• Excellent live facilitation and remote learning engagement
• Coaches to improve performance with constructive feedback
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex topics
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of B2B sales lifecycle in remote-first org
• Familiarity with LMS administration (Sana)
• Capable of independent and collaborative work style

Responsibilities

• Lead live onboarding sessions for large cohorts of sales hires across regions
• Run dynamic training sessions and workshops to build proficiency and confidence
• Coordinate with onboarding partners and Sales leadership for smooth live and AI-driven sessions
• Ensure the first four weeks of onboarding are world-class
• Serve as liaison between Revolut Business and new hires
