Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Enablement Partner to join our Commercial Leadership team in Australia. You will sharpen commercial behaviors and accelerate seller performance by embedding modern sales methodologies, driving AI tool adoption, and guiding deal coaching across the Australia region.
You will partner with regional VPs to ensure grounded revenue impact and elevated customer connection while leading onboarding, content localization, and learning cohorts for quota
Qualifications
- 8–11+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles.
- Experience with enterprise sales coaching.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
- Proven workshop and role-play facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead structured deal reviews and coaching cadences to increase sales velocity and win rates.
- Train and coach sales teams on AI productivity tools, revenue intelligence, and modern sales tech stacks.
- Drive field reinforcement of the SAP by embedding discovery and pre-call planning habits.
- Lead onboarding (Elevate) and learning cohorts to guide new hires to quota milestones.
- Localize campaign assets, call scripts, and playbooks, coordinating SMEs for complex buyer journeys.
