Job summary

Nuix seeks a Sales Trainer for APAC based in Sydney to prepare revenue teams across the region for precise, confident selling. You will design, deliver and refine onboarding and certification programs ensuring fast ramp times and ongoing seller readiness.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales Enablement, you will translate complex product knowledge and market dynamics into practical selling motions, measure impact with data, and partner with GTM, product stakeholders and field leadership across APAC.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ experience in sales training or sales enablement within enterprise software.
• Fluent in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and able to coach them in practice.
• Design scalable, blended learning programmes for adult enterprise sales audiences (in-person, virtual, LMS).
• Strong data literacy and a disciplined approach to measuring enablement impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programmes to reduce ramp time to three months or less.
• Own the APAC internal sales certification programme end to end.
• Embed structured sales methodology and value-based selling across the APAC field team.
• Build and maintain product training content aligned with Nuix portfolio and collaborate with Product Marketing and Solutions teams.
• Measure programme effectiveness and report on seller readiness using data insights.
• Collaborate with GTM, Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to align enablement with regional priorities.
