Job summary

Glenvill is seeking a Sales Draftsperson to join our team and help prepare accurate, compliant sales documentation using Revit. You will develop customised floorplans, assess variations, and work with Sales, Estimating and Pre-Construction teams to ensure timely, customer-focused outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have residential drafting experience in a sales/pre-construction setting, strong Revit modelling skills, and a solid understanding of NCC and local planning requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential drafting in a sales/pre-construction environment.
• Advanced Revit skills with strong modelling and documentation capability.
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods, siting requirements and buildability principles.
• Strong knowledge of NCC, SLHC, Building Regulations, local council requirements, developer guidelines, estate guidelines and planning requirements.
• Experience interpreting survey information, engineering drawings and site constraints.
• High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation to strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative team player who shares Glenvill's commitment to quality and customer service.

• Assess customer requests and design variations to ensure compliance, practicality and buildability.
• Interpret site information, engineering details, developer guidelines and planning requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with NCC, Building Regulations, local council requirements and estate guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales Consultants, Estimating and Pre-Construction teams to support timely sales outcomes.
• Provide technical drafting support throughout the sales and quotation process.
• Manage drawing amendments and updates within required timeframes.
• Ensure all customer selections, design requirements and contract inclusions are accurately reflected in documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance drafting quality and customer experience.
