Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Revit Draftsperson for a well-established custom residential builder in Sydney. The role is technical and production-focused, with hands-on drafting and potential leadership as the team grows.

You will produce detailed residential construction documentation in Revit, collaborate with construction and project teams, and help develop drafting processes and standards for the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit skills are essential.
• Experience with a custom residential builder is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and documentation.
• Technically minded with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident producing drawings yourself and remaining hands-on with production drafting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with different teams.
• Enjoy improving processes and helping build a strong drafting function.
