Marble Group in Sydney seeks a Revit Draftsperson to support a busy residential builder with high-quality documentation and compliant plans. You will draft, revise, and coordinate drawings using Revit across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client selections and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in residential drafting, strong Revit proficiency, and a solid grasp of BASIX and NSW planning rules, with excellent detail and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Strong understanding of BASIX and NSW planning regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality construction drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Amend plans and specifications based on client selections, design changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with the design and pre-construction teams to ensure documentation aligns with build and compliance standards.
• Manage plan revisions and updates efficiently to support smooth project progression.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company design standards, council, and NCC regulations.
