Job summary

Fitness Passport Pty in Australia is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our GTM team and own the top of the funnel for Enterprise and Mid-Market. This is a build role with a goal of a repeatable, measurable outbound model. Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a hybrid work model across locations.

You will lead the SDR function, coach two team members, and partner with sales leadership to ensure clean handovers and growth through FY28.

Qualifications

• Experience building an SDR function from the ground up with targets and scalable structure.
• Proven track record of improving conversion and not just increasing activity.
• Hands-on coaching ability to guide calls and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel targets for Enterprise and Mid-Market, measured on qualified meetings and handed-over employees.
• Design outbound model including list sourcing, sequences and follow-up cadence.
• Lead, coach and grow the SDR team and define an SDR-to-AE career path.
