Job summary

Unidan Engineering in Yatala, Queensland is seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Relationship Consultant to manage supplier product, accessory and parts sales from enquiry to delivery. You will build strong customer relationships, handle quotes, and coordinate freight while supporting the Business Development Manager to grow larger opportunities.

The role offers hands-on sales experience, mentoring and a clear path to a broader sales/biz-dev position as you develop product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Proactive, organised and reliable.
• Strong communication, both on the phone and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and orders with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email using HubSpot CRM.
• Prepare, send and follow up quotes for supplier products, accessories and parts.
• Manage customer orders from confirmation through to completion.
• Coordinate freight and delivery arrangements for customers.
• Keep customers informed throughout the ordering and delivery process.
• Build strong, professional relationships with external customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote and order information in systems.
• Work with the team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Develop larger business opportunities and set meetings for Business Development Manager.
