Job summary

Simplerecruit is seeking a motivated Dealer Support & Development Consultant in Brisbane to grow our dealership network and boost sales across existing accounts. You will promote our product suite, identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will monitor performance, drive memberships and renewals, and pursue growth opportunities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations is required.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and grow relationships.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen dealership relationships to grow accounts and sales.
• Support dealership performance through ongoing engagement and product knowledge.
• Work toward sales targets and KPIs with consistent results.
• Monitor activity, follow up on opportunities, and drive membership renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales outcomes.
