Job summary

Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover, part of Sime Darby Motors Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd, seeks a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant to drive sales of Jaguar and Land Rover models. You will meet targets while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and work with an experienced leadership group and finance team.

The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a pro-active approach to growing the dealership's customer base in a luxury market.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience; luxury brands preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Well-presented with professional approach and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and the dealership's network.
• Collaborate with leadership, finance & insurance teams to close deals.

As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant , you'll be responsible for meeting individual sales targets while delivering the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership group and a high-performing finance & insurance team. you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base.

What we need from you:

• Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with luxury automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Great team player with a strong work-ethic
• A commitment to grow with the brand and company
• Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
• A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives
• Fleet and/or retention experience is preferred but not essential
• A current driver’s licence
