Job summary

Parramatta Land Rover is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team in Parramatta. You will act as the face of the service experience, guiding customers from drop-off to collection and ensuring clear timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or Service Advisor role.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service experience — managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection. You will deliver a seamless, transparent and premium service, keeping customers informed at every stage while ensuring absolute clarity around timelines and costs.
