Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is partnering with an established international organisation to expand its Sydney CBD sales team. This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary and uncapped commission with strong first-year ETE expectations, based in the modern Sydney office.

No specific experience required; candidates from any background who are confident speaking with people and open to feedback are encouraged to apply. Regular coaching and clear progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; you could come from sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or a completely different background.
• What matters most is confident speaking with people, openness to feedback and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Build rapport and have genuine conversations.
• Ask questions to understand each business.
• Book appointments for the wider sales team.
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM.
• Work towards achievable daily and weekly targets.
• Learn from regular coaching and feedback.
