Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is partnering with an established international organisation to expand its Sydney CBD sales team. This is a permanent, full-time role where you can come from any background, as no specific experience is required.

You’ll earn a base salary of 65,000–75,000 AUD plus super and uncapped commissions, with an OTE of 120,000–130,000 AUD in the first year. You’ll speak with business owners across Australia, book qualified appointments for the wider sales team, and benefit from

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; open to candidates from sales, hospitality, retail or other backgrounds.
• Confident speaking with people, open to feedback and motivated to succeed.
• Permanent, full-time role based in the Sydney CBD office.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers across Australia.
• Build rapport and have genuine conversations to understand client needs.
• Book qualified appointments for the experienced Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and work toward daily/weekly targets.
• Learn from regular coaching and feedback.
