Job summary

TSA Group – Australia is hiring a dynamic sales role to help everyday Australian businesses meet their communication needs as a trusted Telstra Business partner. You will provide tailored Telstra solutions that support smooth operation and growth.

Enjoy uncapped fortnightly commissions, a base salary of $53,000 plus super, comprehensive training, and real earning potential. After six months you may work from home two days a week, with ongoing opportunities to progress within the business.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from small business owners representing Telstra and promote products and services.
• Provide tailored advice that meets each customer’s needs.
• Use empathetic and effective communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Confidently handling and de-escalating customer concerns.
• Adapt your schedule to be available when customers need us most.
