Job summary

Spotlight is seeking an in-home sales professional to grow a local customer base and provide exceptional service. You will use hot leads from a national centre, tailor product solutions, and deliver accurate specifications.

A valid licence and showroom experience are advantages, with a focus on meeting KPIs and building lasting relationships. The role offers training, a company vehicle, and uncapped commissions in a dynamic retail environment across Australasia’s largest craft, fabric and home

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Retail and/or showroom experience.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Valid driver's licence
• Retail and/or showroom experience
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed
• Capacity to work every second Saturday
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs
