Job summary

Spotlight Ltd. is seeking an in-home sales specialist to deliver personalised service and match products to customer needs.

You will receive hot sales leads from a national contact centre and work to grow your local customer base while maintaining high standards of service and stakeholder management. The role emphasizes accurate specification handling, KPI-driven workflows, and the ability to close sales with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Retail and/or showroom experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous.
• IT proficiency with PC/tablet and MS Windows-based programs.
