Spotlight’s chain of craft, fabric and home interior superstores is Australasia’s largest. Spotlight’s in-home sales team provides high-quality service and customer-focused solutions in Bathurst for local clients.

Role involves leveraging hot leads, matching products to needs, and achieving KPI targets while delivering a seamless customer experience with support from a national service centre.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence.
• Retail and/or showroom experience.
• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous.
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs.
