Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an experienced in-home sales specialist in Armidale, NSW. You will deliver high-level service, leverage hot leads from our national contact centre, and grow your local customer base.

Enjoy an uncapped commission structure, a guaranteed retainer during training, and generous staff discounts across all Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands. A Saturday roster is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail and/or showroom experience.
• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs.
