Job summary

Spotlight Ltd is seeking a dynamic in-home sales consultant to join Australasia's largest chain of craft, fabric and home interior stores. You will handle in-home consultations, match products to customer needs, and grow your local client base.

The role offers guaranteed training with a retainer and commission, a company vehicle, and full tools and product samples. A proactive seller with 2-5 years of sales experience will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail and/or showroom experience.
• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Capacity to work every second Saturday.
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous.
• IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• In-home sales and service.
• Hot sales leads provided by the national customer service centre.
• Ability to grow your customer base in your local area.
• Provide high-level customer service and stakeholder management.
• Expertly match our products and services to our customers' needs.
• Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
