Job summary

Casa Ceramica QLD is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to welcome clients in the showroom and guide them from inspiration to confirmed order.

You will help customers select tiles and stone to match their style and budget, build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders and designers, and handle quotes and orders with care. A passion for interiors and great service is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous sales experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Pro‑active, identifying opportunities to support others.
• Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and Xero.
• A genuine passion for interiors, design, and delivering great customer service.

About You

• Full Australian working rights (essential)
• Saturday availability (essential), plus flexibility across 1–4 weekdays
• Previous sales experience in a similar role highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and Xero
• A genuine passion for interiors, design, and delivering great customer service
• Pro‑active, always identifying opportunities to support others
