Job summary

CDK Stone is seeking a customer-focused team member to welcome clients to our showroom and showcase our stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, homeowners, and stonemasons. You will ask open-ended questions to understand style, needs, and timelines, and provide tailored product recommendations while responding to phone and email inquiries with personalised service.

This role involves coordinating samples, quotes, lead times, handling admin tasks, restocking, and keeping displays

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.

• Welcome clients to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand client's style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
• Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
