Job summary

CDK Stone on the Gold Coast is seeking a showroom-based sales consultant to welcome clients and showcase our premium stone slabs and tiles. You will translate client needs into tailored recommendations for architects, designers, homeowners, and stonemasons.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate samples and quotes, and support the external sales team as you grow through structured training and mentorship into a hybrid sales role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, homeowners, and stonemasons.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand client's style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
• Keep the showroom immaculate - restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.
