Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a proactive A&D sales professional to join a leading ceramics and tiling company in Sydney. You will manage an established A&D portfolio while driving new business with architects, interior designers, developers and design professionals across Sydney.

In this client-facing role you will present premium design-led products, respond to specifications, build long-term relationships and attend industry events to maintain a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in A&D sales, account management or business development.
• Background in ceramics, natural stone, tiling, architectural finishes or materials preferred.
• Established relationships across architecture and interior design communities is highly regarded.
• Confident presenter and trusted relationship-builder with commercial acumen.

As part of an established and respected brand, you'll draw on your background in ceramics, natural stone, tiling or architectural finishes to manage an established A&D portfolio while driving new business across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of A&D clients, building strong long-term relationships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the A&D community.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities and presentations while maintaining a strong market presence.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in A&D sales, account management, business development or a similar client-facing role.
• Ideally from a ceramics, natural stone, tiling, architectural finishes or materials background.
• Established relationships across the architecture and interior design community highly regarded.
• Confident presenter and communicator with a genuine ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Commercially minded, proactive and passionate about architecture, interiors, materials and design.
