Job summary

Riverina Pools, part of Aquatic Leisure Technologies, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for Gilles Plains, Adelaide, SA. The role offers a solid base salary with uncapped commissions and superannuation, and a supportive team within a trusted brand.

You’ll build relationships with customers, understand their pool needs, and guide them from first meeting to signed contract, working toward sales targets in a dynamic, outdoor-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekend rosters.
• Full Australian Working Rights required.

Responsibilities

• Managing Swimming Pool and Equipment display centre and in-home consultation appointments with confidence and professionalism
• Educating clients on the value, durability, and craftsmanship behind Riverina Pools
• Qualifying leads effectively and respectfully — understanding their budget, backyard, and timeline
• Converting quality enquiries into signed contracts through skilled consultation and follow-up
• Meeting KPIs for conversion, average sale value, and customer satisfaction
• Keeping CRM records, quotes, and pipelines up to date and accurate
• Guiding clients through the design and decision-making process, from first meeting to signed contract

Gilles Plains - Adelaide, SA | Full-Time | $60K base + Super + Uncapped Commissions

Riverina Pools, part of Aquatic Leisure Technologies, is one of Australia’s most trusted pool manufacturers. Due to continued growth in South Australia, we are looking for motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our Gilles Plains team on a full-time basis.

We’re after people who enjoy building genuine relationships and helping customers find the right pool for their home, lifestyle and budget.

This isn’t a volume-based, transactional sales role. It’s about taking the time to understand your client, asking the right questions and guiding them towards the right pool solution.

You’ll be representing an established and recognised brand, with a solid base salary, uncapped commission and the opportunity to build a successful career within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing Swimming Pool and Equipment display centre and in-home consultation appointments with confidence and professionalism

Educating clients on the value, durability, and craftsmanship behind Riverina Pools

Qualifying leads effectively and respectfully — understanding their budget, backyard, and timeline

What We’re Looking For?

A consultative approach – you take the time to listen, understand what the customer wants and guide them towards the right solution without the hard sell

Strong sales fundamentals, including lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up and value-based selling

Confidence managing and closing high-value sales with homeowners making a significant investment in their property

Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working towards sales targets

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers

Confident using CRM systems and disciplined when it comes to managing leads and follow-ups

Flexibility to work rostered weekends – after all, that’s often when our customers have the time to start planning their new pool

Must have Full Australian Working Rights
