Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.

• Collaborate with all internal staff members to help improve or implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience within the pool industry would be favourable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and passionate with the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A technical aptitude to learn and understand product specifications.
