Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is recruiting a Sales Consultant for the Gepps Cross showroom. This consultative role focuses on understanding customer needs and recommending tailored flooring and window furnishings solutions, guiding them from enquiry to sale.

You will deliver showroom experiences, build quotations, close sales, and develop lasting customer relationships while maintaining merchandising standards and collaborating with installers and the wider team.

About the Role

They are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Gepps Cross showroom. This is a consultative sales role where you'll work closely with customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored flooring and window furnishing solutions.

As Sales Consultant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional showroom experiences from initial enquiry through to sale
• Help customers select the right flooring and window furnishing solutions for their home
• Build quotations and confidently close sales
• Develop lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Work collaboratively with installers and the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Build your product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales culture

What you'll bring

• Previous sales experience within carpet, flooring or window furnishings desirable
