Job summary

Profusion is hiring a Sales Associate in Sydney to accelerate growth by turning inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities. You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to close, while developing market knowledge of SME lending and business finance.

You will work with business owners and decision-makers, building strong relationships and delivering value through compelling conversations. Join a high-growth team with uncapped commissions and clear progression into senior sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales, customer service or a client-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business and finance.
• Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving results.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
• Looking to build a long-term career with clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into funded opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to close.
• Identify and qualify high-potential commercial opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Maintain a disciplined and accurate pipeline within the CRM.
• Work closely with marketing and senior sales leadership.
• Develop market knowledge across SME lending and business finance.
• Support and mentor junior team members as experience grows.
