Qualifications

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• A current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one.
• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Previous real estate or sales experience will be highly regarded, but it’s not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of residential property sales, from prospecting and appraisals through to listings and campaigns.
• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, vendors and potential clients.
• Attending open homes, auctions and private inspections.
• Following up enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Providing day‑to‑day support to the wider sales team.
