LJ Hooker Rockhampton is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our established sales team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people and is looking to build a long-term career in real estate.

You’ll work alongside experienced agents, assist with buyer enquiries, open homes, and campaigns, and grow your network in a supportive, results-driven environment. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Previous real estate or sales experience would be an advantage, but attitude, drive and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
• The successful applicant will also need to hold, or be willing to obtain, the appropriate Queensland real estate registration.

The role

Working alongside our experienced sales team, you'll be involved in all aspects of the sales process while building the skills, knowledge and relationships needed to grow your own career.
