Job summary

NEX Building Group Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking a Handover Supervisor to visit customers’ homes four days a week, assess works and coordinate trade to ensure quality outcomes. You will conduct inspections across the Hunter region, compile defect reports with scope of works, and liaise with clients under Service and Warranty guidelines.

Demonstrated communication skills, knowledge of construction, and a full driver’s licence are essential; travel to sites is required, and you’ll join a team that

About the opportunity:

In this full time, you will be on the road 4 days a week visiting customers in their homes, assessing works and coordinating trade. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inspections of new homes located across the Hunter region
• Compiling a report on any identified defects + plus put scope of works together
• Communicating with clients to propose actions according to Service and Warranty guidelines
• Assisting with the monitoring of contractor progress
• Following up outstanding works from our trades and contractors as needed

About you:
